ordering and shipping

product ordering
Orders for bentley B tees can be placed online , by emailing us at info@bentleyb.com, or by calling 503.516.2707.  When emailing or calling, please include the name of the tee(s) and corresponding item number, your name, phone number, email, shipping address and payment option.  Orders are processed as quickly as possible and often ship within 2 business days.

payment methods
bentley B accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express through Stripe.  Please be advised that if you pay by personal check, your order will not ship until the check clears our bank.  There is no sales tax in Oregon.  Payment is due in full before order will ship.

order cancellations and changes
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.  If your order has not yet entered into the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 6 hours after the order has been placed.  Please email your cancellation request or order change to info@bentleyB.com.  Include your name, order number, tee name and item number, email or phone number and instructions to cancel or change your order.

return and exchange policy
Unworn merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging may be returned within 10 days of shipping date for an exchange or merchandise credit.  No cash refunds will be made.  We reserve the right to determine if an item can be retuned or exchanged.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable.  If you wish to exchange an item, please email info@bentleyB.com to notify us of the return and insure your return package.  Please include a note with return indicating the reason for the return and what you would like to exchange the tee for, another available tee or merchandise credit.  Merchandise credit is good for 6 months from the original purchase date.  Please be sure to measure your pet accurately.  bentley B tees are one-of-a-king and are not available in all sizes.  Exchanges will be sent promptly upon receipt of returned merchandise.  bentley B is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items.  We allow one complimentary exchange per order.  After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of $10 per tee.

shipping methods and rates
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS).  Shipping and handling rate is $6 for up to five tees, $14 for five to ten tees and $1.00 for each tee over ten tees.  Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, add $10.  Our average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days depending on the shipping destination.  Contact info@bentleyb.com or call 503.516.2707 for expedited shipping options and rates.  bentley B is only able to ship within the continental United States.  bentley B is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed due to customer refusal, negligence/absence or inaccurate shipping information, we will attempt to contact customer via phone or email if provided.  If no response is received within 72 hours of the attempt to contact, the customer will be charged 30% re-stocking fee and the appropriate shipping charges.  Re-shipping charges will be charged if the customer requests the order to be re-shipped for any reason.  Please make sure your shipping information is correct and someone will be available to receive your order.
